This is the position a member takes after settling into DG and has a small understanding of the community and its operations.

This is the position a member takes after being in DG for a period of time and have a better understanding
of the Company and how DG operate.

Sergeant

This is the position a member takes after being with DG for a short period of time. You should have a good understanding of the workings of DG. At this rank the new members will look up to you.

Staff Sergeant

This rank is the rank where you have achieved so much already and your DG journey is taking hold.

Company Sergeant Major

This Rank is here to start to
prepare you for a leadership role, being mentored by the current leadership
to help improve your leadership skills and communication.

Second Lieutenant

2nd LT

This is the first step into the
officer's rank. Here you will help with the day to day running of the Company. Arrange game night's Company activities ETC.

First Lieutenant

1st LT

At this level you should be
helping with the day to day running of the Company and leading the others in the way DG works and help them make DG a safe and secure environment for all gamers.

Captain

CPT

At this rank you are responsible
for all the testing that the company needs and help with the day to day running of the Company.

Major

MAJ

At this rank you are now a leader of a company it is your duty to keep the company in order and to DG standards. Enforcing the COC and Policies. 
To have shown fantastic leadership,
communication and organisation skills, along with motivation and mentoring
skills.
